In this video i am sharing my some golden memories about the Food taste and the recipe of how to make vegetarian fish curry also known as special Kaipakka Meen Curry/ Pavakka meen Curry/ Bitter Gourd curry with coconut milk.  I have introduced a very easy Kerala Kaipakka Meen curry which is undoubtedly one of the tastiest vegetarian fish curry. This is an excellent healthy dish. Kerala style easy kaipakka meen curry is a traditional spicy curry with an outstanding flavour of Kerala special Fish curry.The fresh kaipakka flavour makes the dish simple and very beautiful. Fried Kaipakka pieces are cooked in a spicy coconut milk flavoured curry. Today i am sharing my one of my favourite recipe Kadachakka fry/കടച്ചക്ക വറുത്തത് for my dearest viewers.Sit back and relax, enjoy my cooking video.Try this super tasty recipe for your tea time.. Recipe of Kadachakka chips I ngredients: Kadachakka/ Breadfruit - 1 Medium Cooking oil - for frying Salt - to taste Turmeric - pinch Water - 1/2 cup Methods: Mix salt, water and pinch of turmeric and kept aside.   Cut the kadachakka pieces into thin slices. Heat cooking oil in a kadai. Add kadachakka pieces batch by batch into the hot oil. When it gets 3/4th done , crisp . Add some salt, turmeric  water mixture solution. When sizzling stops, Strain out the fried chips. Store in an air tight jar, when it is cooled down.
