Kaipakka Meen Curry
Hi Friends,
Welcome to Food Festival.
This is my second blog.
In this video i am sharing my some golden memories about the Food taste and the recipe of how to make vegetarian fish curry also known as special Kaipakka Meen Curry/ Pavakka meen Curry/ Bitter Gourd curry with coconut milk.
I have introduced a very easy Kerala Kaipakka Meen curry which is undoubtedly one of the tastiest vegetarian fish curry. This is an excellent healthy dish.
Kerala style easy kaipakka meen curry is a traditional spicy curry with an outstanding flavour of Kerala special Fish curry. The fresh kaipakka flavour makes the dish simple and very beautiful.
Fried Kaipakka pieces are cooked in a spicy coconut milk flavoured curry. Sauteing the ginger, onions, green chillies and curry leaves in hot coconut oil until the onions are browned and adding the camboge/kudampuli pieces along with spices makes the real difference and a nice aroma to this special curry.Medium thick coconut milk is added simultaneously and when gravy becomes thick, fried kaipakka pieces is added into the curry and can be removed from fire. Enjoy the Kaipakka Meen Curry.
